Turnkey plant projects
Sure Solutions takes responsibility for the complete electrical, instrumentation and automation scope of a process plant, from consultancy and engineering to installation, commissioning and handover. One contract, one engineering team and one point of contact for the client.

One contractor for the complete E&I scope
A new plant brings together power distribution, field instruments, control systems and process equipment from many suppliers. We engineer them as one system, so that interfaces are resolved on paper before they reach site.
Where a client has no P&ID, the work begins with consultancy: a review of the process, the plant layout and the control philosophy.
Scope of supply
Each project is scoped to the plant. A typical turnkey contract covers the following.
Consultancy
Process review, control philosophy, P&IDs and equipment specifications.
Detailed engineering
I/O lists, cable schedules, loop drawings, panel layouts and bills of material.
Power distribution
MCC and PCC panels, motor starters and drives, designed and built in Pinjore.
Field instrumentation
Selection, supply and installation of transmitters, flow meters, load cells and valves.
Control systems
PLC, SCADA and HMI on Allen-Bradley and Omron platforms, with batch records and reports.
Dosing systems
Liquid and solid dosing equipment, integrated with the plant control system.
Installation and cabling
Cable trays, cabling, terminations and site supervision.
Testing and commissioning
Factory and site acceptance tests, loop checks and start-up under production conditions.
Documentation and training
As-built drawings, manuals, software backups and operator training.
The division of supply between Sure Solutions, the client and other vendors is agreed for each project.
How a project runs
Seven phases from the first review to handover. The same engineers carry the project through all of them.
- 1
Consultancy
Process and site review. Control philosophy agreed with the client.
- 2
Engineering
Detailed design, drawings and specifications issued for approval.
- 3
Manufacture
Panels assembled and wired in our Pinjore workshop.
- 4
Factory acceptance
Panels and software tested with the client before dispatch.
- 5
Installation
Field instruments, cabling and panels installed on site.
- 6
Commissioning
Loop checks, site acceptance tests and start-up.
- 7
Handover
Documentation, training and support after start-up.

Support after handover
The engineers who commission a plant remain its first point of contact. We offer maintenance contracts, spare parts and on-site support for every system we deliver.

Planning a new plant or line
Send us the process description, plant layout or P&ID. An engineer will review it and propose a scope of supply.
