Dosing systems

Liquid and solid dosing for detergent, soap and food plants. Each ingredient is measured by mass against the recipe, and every batch is recorded. Since 2013 we have installed 50 perfume dosing systems, together with LABSA, SLES, ghee and minor-ingredient systems.

Dosing by weight

Volumetric dosing assumes a constant density. Our systems weigh what is added, so changes in temperature, viscosity or bulk density do not change the dose.

Each system is engineered for its ingredient and connected to the plant control system, with recipes and batch records on the HMI or SCADA.

Accuracy

Achievable accuracy depends on the ingredient, the dose rate and the process. We state it for each system in the proposal.

Specify a dosing system

Tell us the ingredient, the dose rate and the batch size or line throughput. We will recommend a dosing method and prepare a proposal.
